Variable Data Printing (VDP): Would you be more likely to open a mail piece with your name on it, or just “current resident?” Personalization is the key to increasing response, and VDP makes the process easier. We offer full VDP services including full color and black-and-white printing of envelopes, letters, postcards and self mailers.

USPS Full-Service Intelligent Mail®: The Intelligent Mail® barcode is a 65-bar Postal Service™ barcode that allows you to participate in multiple Postal Service programs at the same time. By using it on your mail pieces, you receive better postage rates plus improved deliverability and tracking. We can apply this barcode to your mail pieces so you reap these benefits.

Inkjetting: The address is imprinted directly onto mail pieces such as envelopes, newsletters, postcards, catalogs and booklets. We can print on coated stock, enamel and other “special” substrates, too.

Folding: If you’re ever tried to fold a multiple page letter by hand, you know how tricky it can be to do it evenly. With our folding equipment, your multi-page mail pieces will fit in the envelopes properly and look crisp and professional.

Inserting: We can insert multiple pieces into envelopes of all sizes—from remittance up to catalog envelopes, plus any size of “crystal clear” envelopes. We can match the name on the letter or insert to the name on the outside of the envelope for enhanced personalization of your direct mail piece.

Tabbing: Non-envelope direct mail pieces such as folded mailers or booklets are prepared for automation rate mailing with sealing or tabbing to prevent an open edge from causing problem with their processing equipment.

Resident / Occuname: Resident lists are saturation lists, targeting every single family home, apartment and business in the vicinity of your business. We can run a radius report by distance, quantity, drive time, or target routes closest and with easiest access to your business. We can provide carrier route maps showing where your customers live. An “occuname” list is a resident list that has names where available.

Consumer Lists: These mailing lists contain names and can be targeted by location, income, home value, gender, marital status, homeowner, housing type, length of residence, presence and ages of children in the home, hobbies and interests, buying activities, life stages, net worth and many other selections. Telephone numbers and email addresses where available can also be purchased. Emails can be appended to your database.

Business Lists: These can be targeted geographically by radius, state, county, city, ZIP code, or carrier routes, for example. Demographic selections like SIC codes (business type), employee size, sales volume, year started, titles, contact names, phone numbers, women-owned, square footage, franchise or headquarters and other selections are available to ensure your mailing reaches the right person.
