Informed Delivery

Informed Delivery

WHAT IS INFORMED DELIVERY?

With Informed Delivery service, you can digitally preview your incoming mail and manage your packages from a computer, tablet or mobile device. More than 44 million customers have enrolled since it was launched in 2017.

Informed Delivery provides eligible residential customers with a digital preview of their household’s incoming mail scheduled to arrive soon. Users can view greyscale images of the exterior, address side of incoming letter-sized mail pieces (not the inside contents) via email or an online dashboard.

Informed Delivery also allows customers to track packages delivered by the Postal Service and see when they will be delivered.

Informed Delivery Statistics December 2020

This is a free program and for more information and to sign up, go to usps.com/informeddelivery.

Informed Delivery offers business mailers the opportunity to engage users through an integrated mail and digital marketing campaign that generates additional consumer impressions, interactions, and insights.  If a mailer participates in Informed Delivery, supplemental content, referred to as “interactive campaigns,” will be shown (for letters or flats). Interactive campaigns include custom images and a URL that directs the user to a digital experience. Informed Delivery users receive scanned images of the exterior of incoming letter-sized mailpieces (processed through automated equipment).* Images are available via email notification, online dashboard, or mobile app.

Valley Print Logistics can handle all aspects of your Informed Delivery campaign at not extra cost when providing mail services.  All you provide are the art images (or we can help with that as well). Get more return on investment for your mailing dollars using Informed Delivery.
