SCI is the organization in the forefront protecting and promoting hunting worldwide!
We argue the court cases that impact all hunters locally and abroad.
Our local chapter…
• Hosts conservation and outdoor activities for young girls and boys including the annual Youth
and Wildlife Conservation Experience.
• Participates in the annual Hunter’s Expo so members and the general public can learn more
about hunting opportunities and our chapter.
• Hosts an annual banquet and auction where over 70% of proceeds are used for local projects
such as veteran hunts and youth hunting/shooting programs.
• Funds conservation projects such as a three-year study on predator populations in Africa and
“guzzlers” that provide water in dry areas to increase nesting habitat for pheasants and quail.
